Steel Core Aluminum Stranded Cable are generally applied for high voltage and ultrahigh voltage, carry high strength of stretching and long span power transmission. Aluminum stranded cable are generally applied for carry low strength of stretching and short span power transmission.

1. Aluminum Stranded Cable 
AAC (all aluminum conductor) is the most economical bare overhead conductor due to its lighter weight. It offers easier handling during installation and use of simpler fittings. The wire is corrosion resistant due to its homogeneous construction.

2. All Aluminum Alloy Conductor Cable
AAAC cable adds copper, iron, magnesium, silicon, zinc, boron and other alloy elements to the electrical aluminum.
