Brief of XLPE Insulated Power Cable
XLPE insulated power cable has a number of adventages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable.
XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmental stress resisting, anti-chemical corrosion, and simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.
Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable manufacturing with three technologies (peroxide, silance and irradiation crossing-linking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke, low-halogen free, and non-hologennated and three classes of A. B. C.
Rated voltage: 0.6/1(1.2)kV(Low Voltage Power Cable)
1. Cable conductor Max work temperature XLPE insulation 90ºC.
2. Short circuit XLPE insulation cable conductor Max work temperature no more than 250°C,duration time no more than 5s.
3.When install the cable, the work temperature should not lower than 0°C.
4. Cable permission Min bending radius:
single core cable, non armored cable is 20D, armored is 15D;Three cores cable non armored cable is 15D, armored is 12D; D is cable real outer diameter.
